Symptoms of Stress


There are numerous symptoms of stress from each of the four groups, as illustrated by the following list of dozens of common signs of stress as listed

1. Frequent headaches, jaw clenching or pain

2. Gritting, grinding teeth

3. Difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts

4. Stuttering or stammering

5. Trouble learning new information

6. Tremors, trembling of lips, hands

7. Forgetfulness, disorganization, confusion

8. Neck ache, back pain, muscle spasms

9. Difficulty in making decisions.

10. Light headedness, faintness, dizziness

11. Feeling overloaded or overwhelmed.

12. Ringing, buzzing or "popping" sounds

13. Frequent crying spells or suicidal thoughts

14. Frequent blushing, sweating

15. Feelings of loneliness or worthlessness

16. Cold or sweaty hands, feet

17. Little interest in appearance, punctuality

18. Dry mouth, problems swallowing
